Crowdfunding News
Closing Soon
The Wildsea is a post-apocalypse fantasy RPG set in a world overrun by endless greenery. So far this project has raised $100,000 from 2,000 backers. Ends November 25th.
This is a great-looking project for an original RPG, from a publisher with a lot of experience producing a series of crowdfunded comics. With the funding now out of the way, it will be interesting to see if this game has any legs. — James

That is quite a week for OSR-related projects! This year has been relatively quiet on the OSR front, compared to 2019, so I wonder why so many projects have suddenly appeared this week? — James
Other & Generic Fantasy
Questlings: An “RPG-inspired children’s book series and RPG game system about finding your Inner Hero”, by Dan Letzring (Groves, Gadgeteers, Dirigible Disaster) — December 11th
Asunder: A fantasy post-apocalyptic world where humans use plants & insects as living weapons, by Adam Lawson — December 23rd
The second vegetable apocalypse fantasy RPG this week, this one apparently being a hack of Shadow of the Demon Lord. This one has some celebrity backing, and is co-designed by one of the producers of Wil Wheaton’s Table Top, so it’s perhaps a little surprising that it hasn’t done better so far — but it is still early days. — James
Sci-Fi/Cyberpunk
The Mecha Hack: Mission Manual: A rules-light Mecha RPG, by Absolute Tabletop (Adventure Kit: Oath of the Frozen King, A Dead Man’s Guide to Dragongrin, Adventure Kit: Shadows Over Driftchapel) — December 19th
