This is a painfully quiet news week, and if there is any notable theme, it is that our gaming lives have gone digital. Of course, we knew that, but, boy, is it clear in this issue: digital gaming platforms, virtual tabletops, PDF releases, digital stores…
And so little else.
Do you remember going out? Do you remember game stores and board game cafes? Do you remember visiting each other’s houses? Playing tabletop games at actual tabletops?
Stay safe guys. We’ll see you outside on the other side.

The Doom Metal-inspired MÖRK BORG was a moderate hit last year on Kickstarter, raising 489,000SEK ($49,000) from 1,200 backers. So far, this fan-created zine has raised 423,000SEK ($42,000) from about the same number of backers — as the campaign page says, the game has developed a community of fans over the past year, which is driving this campaign forward. It has already reached its final stretch goal. Like the original book, this project will be published and distributed by Free League.
